Isaac is 2 and a half years old

Isaac seems to have grown so much in the last 6 months. He talks like a little person and loves to sing too. Here are two songs that every boy should know:

He loves to reenact his shows when he plays. He'll go through certain scenes he remembers and have his toys do the same. He still loves Thomas trains, dad set up a little table for him where he keeps his tracks. He has also picked up some new obsessions with the "Cars" movie and "Little Einsteins." He still loves anything that flies. If I mention we are going somewhere he says "go see jet fighters, airplanes and helicopters." I don't know why he thinks that every time, wishful thinking perhaps.

He can do so much on his own now, he's learned to untie his shoes and take them off, unzip his sweater, wash his hands, and he can pull out his coloring books from the drawer and put them on the table so he can color.

We are slowly attempting potty training. He will sit on the potty which is a huge improvement from before he wouldn't even sit on it. This is a picture of Isaac's friend, John, from our complex. He loves to go for a ride on his wheelchair and play with his dog Sweet Pea.

I think people are misleading when they say two-year olds are at the "terrible two's," they are so much fun at this age and can do so much. We are actually anxious for Reece to be able to join Isaac in the fun.
