Karate Kid

Isaac had his first Karate class this week. We've been talking to him about it for a while now plus his friend Charlie also takes Karate, so he was excited. However, new environments and new people intimidate him so he was very shy and very clingy at first. We couldn't get him to even turn around to look at the teacher. He started warming up when the teacher started giving each kid a stamp. Then when he saw the other kids jumping and kicking punching bags he wanted to join in. By the end of the class he was jumping, laughing and having so much fun. I think he'll really enjoy the class.
