We had Isaac's 2nd birthday party at Shadowridge park yesterday with friends from church. The kids got to play on the playground, decorate their cupcakes, play with bubbles and get some goodies. Unfortunately, I'm coming down with a cold at the same time, but the party was a lot of fun. Isaac got lots of great things for his birthday, including some play-doh, cookie cutters, new books, a Thomas train carrier, paints, apron, an aquadoodle, Thomas bed sheets, Thomas pull train, James (a train) and an aqua train. He's been so excited about his new toys that he doesn't want to leave his room for anything, we could barely get him to come to breakfast this morning.
He got a pre-birthday on Thanksgiving when we saw uncle David and aunt Joanna. He got a bag full of new winter clothes, an interactive Thomas show, cute books and some new utility cars to play with. Isaac had alot of fun visiting with uncle David and aunt "Jonana". He always wanted uncle David to play cars with him. Thanks to everyone who made his birthday so special, he has loved singing to himself and his fun new toys.
