May Madness

This has been an eventful month so far. We've had lots of things to do each week it seems. The grandparents came down for a few days Mother's Day weekend and took us all to Isaac's favorite place, SeaLife.

Jake and I have been revamping the planter next to our fence. It was filled with Agapanthas gone wild and infested with Black Widows. So, we threw away the old stone border and all the agapanthas. Jake busted out the tools and bought some nice wood and built a planter box so we can fill it with some easy to maintain plants and hopefully some vegetables.

This is the kids' first time washing the car. We're finally at a place where we are allowed to wash our car in the driveway so we took advantage of the nice day, put the kids in their swim suits and had some fun washing the car. Reece loves to use wash cloths and water, so this was right up her alley. Isaac loves any excuse to get wet, you can tell by the look on his face how much fun he's having. Gotta love cheap entertainment.
