In our preparations to transition the kids into sharing a room together, we were on the hunt for some bunk beds. Isaac was definitely growing out of his toddler bed so we knew we needed to transition him to a big bed soon. Thankfully, we have some awesome friends who just happened to know of someone getting rid of some old bunk beds. They were free and delivered to our house. Thank You Gaileys!!! Totally God helping us yet again. Thank you Lord! So, we decided for the meantime just to put up the bottom part of the bunk until the kids get a little older. Or until we can get a more secure top bunk. Reece thinks these are bunk beds and is just thrilled to be sleeping in Isaac's room. Which is on Isaac's old mattress, on the floor.
The first night sharing a room together they talked and giggled quite a bit and went to sleep super late. Luckily the next night they were much better, and now they go to sleep pretty quickly. The only downside is when one wakes up, so does the other. So, no more sleeping in for Reece.
